More Medical Mayhem
Got up this morning, had a cup of coffee and my limited meds, started in on the water, and the phone went off. Turns out my PCP is not in today. Hey, she's good people and I've no doubt she's out for a good reason. Getting my appointment rescheduled among all the uncertainty was a challenge, but the office employee was patient and had a sense of humor about it.

A Vintage Whine
Relax? Take some time for myself? Perhaps someone would like to explain these concepts to me.
Seriously, I've about hit the point where I'll need to force myself to take some time before I'm forced to do so at a time not of my own choosing. I've had a low-grade temp for most of the day; a harbinger of nasty things to come if I don't step back and get some rest.
