Raoul at Come Across has a detailed journal entry regarding problems with his hosting service. The post itself is a year old, but comment #21 was posted just today and it blew my mind. How can a company do this?

Thanks Julie! But I should say that GISOL was bad from the start, and seems to be getting worse by the day. I absolutely cannot fathom how they dare do the things they're doing to their customers.
