I'm running a low-grade fever.
That certainly helps explain my mood.
Of course, I'm fairly convinced that it's a side-effect of the stress.
I've made an executive decision. I can do this. I'm THE executive around this office. I am going to take the afternoon off. Better to rest now than spend several days sick. I can't afford it.
I should be physically and mentally in better shape to tackle rewrites tomorrow.
Maybe I'll stick this up on the wall:
