One the lovely gifts under the tree was a VisTablet. I've been looking for a new tablet for Photoshop work, and so far this one looks pretty interesting.
But I haven't even tried it in Photoshop, yet. One very cool feature of this tablet is that Vista's Tablet PC handwriting recognition is supported out-of The box.
I'm writing this entry using the tablet, and darned if it does it do a halfway decent job of deciphering my her scratchings! Its Not perfect, but it's the best I've ever encountered.
How will I make use of this feature? Well, sometimes I just want to scribble notes.
I suspect this will be very cool with Windows 7. In the meantime, I look forward to playing with it.
