Glad I voted early (a non-political post)

Fresh when it gets here from Julie Barrett

A cold front moved through last night. Ahead of said cold front was a blast of dust and other assorted stuff that tends to make my lungs beg for mercy. Which they did last night. I didn't get to sleep until after 5:00 this morning. Voting early means I don't have to share bits of my lungs with everyone else at the polls. You're welcome.

And then there's this:

It's cool (for this part of the country) and rainy today. I'm quite content to stay indoors and enjoy the weather from this side of the welcome mat, thank you very much.

This crud is still low-level enough that I could go vote, particularly since our county posts wait times at various polling places online. I'd just find a time when there was no wait and get down to the polling place. Still, I'm glad I got it out of the way ahead of time.

Now I'm off to have a completely apolitical cup of tea.

(UPDATE: Yes, I did correct the typo in the headline. And the one in the last sentences If you're asking "what typo," then that must mean I got it fixed before the feed readers could grab the post.)
