I am now allowed to say what I was anxious about.
I had extended an invitation to someone to be Master of Ceremonies at the Hugo Awards next year. I am delighted that
Paul Cornell has accepted.
Paul was Toastmaster for FenCon a couple of years back, and he was delightful and funny and did a bang-up job all around. Of course, he's Toastmaster at Worldcon next year, but Toastmaster isn't always the Hugo Awards host.
Anyway, I'm nattering on. I'm just very pleased that he's going to be hosting the Hugo Awards next year. It's going to be a lot of fun!
