No descriptive text on the back.

My German is very rusty, but I think it means Linz on the Danube. Urfhar is a village that is now part of Linz, and Pöstlingberg is the name of the hill in the background.I'm sure someone will be glad to correct my errors..

This was probably near the end of WWII, or shortly after the end of the war.
