Ohhh if all you do with grape leaves is "garnish" you are missing something!! My aunt was Greek..they make stuffed grape leaves (when they are young leaves but almost full grown in size) YUM!!! they are stuffed with chop meat and rice mixture...some make it in a yellow sauce by my godmother made them in a tomato sauce.. good good good!!
