I shot this back in 2001 using a Nikon Coolpix 990. This was taken near sunset at the edge of Hampstead Heath. It was kind of a gray, rainy day, and I was never happy with the shot. In the last year I've learned a lot about processing digital photos, and now I've got something I can almost be happy with. Considering that it was a 1.3 MP camera (at least it was a Nikon so it had a decent CCD) and such a low-contrast day, the results could be a lot worse.
