Looks like the recent arrest of "Spam King" Robert Soloway has done nothing to stop the flow of the stuff. I just thought that I was getting more in my inbox, but it turns out that I was right.
Dang.
If someone I know named Richard has put on a lot of weight, then perhaps I'd like to hear about it. Otherwise, lay off the spam!
The sad thing is, these spammers do it because enough people respond to make it worth their while. Prosecutors claim Soloway has made $773,000 through his activities.
Just remember, if it's too good to be true, it probably is. And NEVER answer an unsolicited sales e-mail.
