I'm still snowed under with work, but while I had my tabletop studio set up to shoot items for a client's web site I decided to experiment a little. All of the shots below used a glass filled with sparkling apple juice, and Paul and I pointed lasers in them from different angles.

Wow! Lasers! Leave it to you to come up with a high-tech response to the concept. Great execution too, with the uncluttered background to focus the eye on the context of the glass. The last shot is my favorite. Think I'll head out to the store for some sparkling green apple, but just to drink!
