Had a couple of messages in the inbox asking if we weathered the strorms, so I thought I'd better post to the journal.
The first round hit west and north of the D/FW area pretty hard. We escaped with rain and some sky pyrotechnics. Another round hit about 4:00 this morning and other than waking me up caused no damage here that I could tell. There were some power outages in the Metroplex last night, but this area seems to have escaped the worst of the damage.
It's still overcast, but there's only a 30% chance of rain for the rest of the day.
Anyway, thanks for the concern.
