I'm working on adding various bits to the site. Some will be in the backend, to help me manage things better. The thing you'll notice today, however, is a new feature on the comments form. I've added a new text box that provides some limited formatting functions.
I've also added the ability to insert a link and a picture from elsewhere on the web. Please use these functions with care and don't hotlink unless you know it's allowed (like from a photo sharing site).
As usual, if I find these features get abused they'll have to be removed. Honestly, I don't expect my regular commenters to abuse these features, or I wouldn't have added them in the first place.
You may notice some errors today as I add features. Accept my apologies for this in advance, and just think of it as construction dust. Except it won't get into your lungs.

Here's a demo of some of the things you can do:
The first block contains Bold, italic, underline, overstrike, superscript, subscript. The eraser will allow you to remove formatting.
Insert a blank line for a paragraph break.
The next block is fairly self-explanatory: cut, paste, copy to clipboard, delete, undo and redo. Most of you know your keyboard shortcuts and probably won't use it.
The third block has more fun formatting:
Left justify.
Right justify. Center. Full justify. - Numbers!
Indent in.
Indent back out. To use the link button, select some text then click the button. You'll be prompted with a URL. You can also remove a ink from selected text. Use the picture icon to embed an image. (Of course, be sure the site allows hotlinking.) Enjoy!
