We Have Spell Check!

It took long enough, but I finally managed to implement spell check in the comments.
I can't guarantee it will work with all browsers, but I've tested it with IE and Firefox (latest versions) and it seems okay. Beats a poke in the eye with a sharp stick, I guess.
There also had been a bug with the link button in Firefox. That was fixed in the latest version of the text box control.
