How can I make such a bold statement? This afternoon I purchased an uber-nice trench coat for $100 off retail. I've needed a new raincoat for some time, and this deal was too good to pass up.
Given my string of luck, this means the rain will now stop. Hot, sunny weather will set in for the foreseeable future. Heck, we may even see drought conditions again, which means I may never get the chance to enjoy my bargain!
The forecast calls for a solid 50% chance of rain for the rest of the week. But now that I'm prepared for the ugly weather that means the chances of rain will start to diminish rapidly. That, or it will rain everywhere but HERE.
Just thought you'd like to know.
