Well. It's been a long week. I've spent a few days just recovering from the last project, then yesterday I started digging into the next one. I have another major deadline next Friday, so I'll be swamped for a while yet.
The good news is that my knee seems to be healing at last. The bad news? Well, I'm still swamped. And I'm still biting my nails over the story I just turned in. Honestly, I don't expect to hear anything for a couple of weeks, but that doesn't stop me from worrying.
Managed to get out and shoot a little bit today. I decided not to push the knee too much. The last thing I want to do is injure it again so soon. This means two picture posts before the day is out, and I'll be participating in the Round Robin tomorrow. It's been a while!
Went to coffee for the first time in weeks this morning. That was nice. Now I just get to catch up with laundry and such. The weekend? I'm not sure. Probably a little writing, but most certainly a LOT of cleaning. My desk is a mess, and I really need to get it clear again so I'll have room to work on the next project.
