Back From A Tech-Induced Haitus

I walked in from lunch today and found the computer display dark. No problem, I just wiggled the mouse as usual. Nothing. The fan on the power supply wasn't going. Joy.
Long story short, the video card popped four (count 'em!) capacitors today. After other troubleshooting measures, we determined that the video card was the only part that had fried. Ran out to Fry's, got a new one, spent the afternoon calibrating (One display had a decidedly purple hue) and adjusting displays and drivers.
I'm back together, and I think I owe responses on a couple of comments. Those will be forthcoming.
