A Panic That Has Nothing To Do With Swine Flu...I Promise!

I thought my domain registrar had gone belly up today. I thought one of my domains was up last month, but this afternoon I got a notification that it was set to expire. Today.
Eeek.
Went to renew and couldn't get through to the server. Much panic ensued - especially after the e-mail to support bounced. I found alternate contact info through ICANN and got back a helpful (surprise!) auto responder that pointed me to a FAQ. The first entry in the list was a status message. They'd been moving DNS servers.
Oh.
Flushed my DNS cache and after several false starts managed to get both the expiring domain and one set to go out soon renewed.
Everything is fine. Nothing to see here except a slight panic attack. Move along.
