And so the feeling goes.

If I can't laugh, why bother?

Last week I skipped out on bowling because I was kinda sick. Rolling Waves of Nausea is not my next band name. Just so y'all know, it's lots of queasiness, but no further symptoms, if you get my drift. But I was feeling it whenever I got up and moved around, so bowling didn't seem like a very good idea.

I made up for it tonight. Shot a 173 - 162 - 195 - 530. My average is 154, so I'll take that! I'll credit the steroids.

Anyway, the oncology practice is on it. When I go for my pump disconnect on Friday I'll be getting some extra hydration and nausea meds along with an immune system booster shot. Yep, my blood work was just barely in the range they were looking for to go ahead with the infusion. Again, this is not unusual. The oncologist did offer me the option to delay chemo by another week, but I declined since the blood work was within range and I was already there. He thought I made the right call.

In better news, I have two treatments left! If the blood work stays within range, I'll have my last one on April 29 with disconnect on May 1.

So, life. I'm still trying to have one! I'm near the end of my project to get all of my negatives scanned in and organized. More on that later. I have eight binders filled. And we're not talking little one-inch binders, either. Okay, there are two. Only because I ran out of the larger ones. Also, one is negatives for a project I did with a friend, and want to keep those separate. My next bits will be the slides and then on to larger format negatives. Most of the latter are family pictures. When I get *those* done I'll probably take a break and do something else. I still have a massive amount of images from the Barrett side of the family to get through.

I think a break would be good. I have a smallish project in mind.
