Okay, I'm a wimp

Fresh when it gets here from Julie Barrett

The sleet began to come down as I left the house and it was actually sticking to the streets! So I went to my league and told them I was coming back home. Yep, I'm a wimp.

But it worked out. The current forecast calls for the really nasty stuff to hit later, and maybe even continue through the night. I decided I had better get some more groceries in case we got stuck inside tomorrow. Lo and behold, the pharmacy at the store had flu shots! If I hadn't skipped out on bowling I'd have never known. The sign wasn't up yesterday.

I should have had my flu shot sooner, but I had the low-grade fever thing going on for most of October and then there were vaccine shortages in November. So there ya go.

And Chris, if you're reading this, you know what that means! You know you need it, dude.
