Yes, I'm taking a little time off.
No, nothing is wrong. I simply took a look at the calendar and realized that this is my last chance for a decent break for a very long time. I'm still hanging around, putting out the occasional project-related fire, but I'm trying very hard to stay away from the computer and either get out of the house or putter around the house and work on a few projects.
Yesterday, I mostly chilled out. Today I did a lot of shopping and spent a little money. Oh, I bought exciting things: A new shower curtain liner, a replacement for the pepper grinder that died yesterday, that sort of thing.
I may even get the desk clean this week, who knows?
The other bit of cunning plan is to read. So if you'll excuse me, I'm off to do just that. Catch you all sometime soon....
