Writer Beware's "Two Thumbs Down" Publishers List

Writer Beware has finally published their list of publishers for which they have had the most complaints. Along with that list they mention seven criteria for author-unfriendly publishers. Each publisher on the list meets at least two of criteria. Guess which one meets six of seven?

wow thanks Julie.. I didn't know that AC Crispin had a blog! I saw her at a Trek con a time or two... loved her first ST book lol.. It's nice they take the time to help forthcoming authors!! So many are ready to take advange of others no matter who or what they are.
