This morning I checked on the dove as usual. She was still sitting on the nest. I said "hi" (she lets me get within about five feet of the nest with the camera, unlike her mate) and we left for school. Later this morning I was out documenting the progress on the Smoke Tree buds when I decided to look around the side of the house. The two doves were on the rooftop, so I moved in and held the camera over my head and snapped the shutter.

The one on the left looks okay, but I'm kind of worried about the one on the right. They probably won't open their eyes for a couple of days. Guess I'll just watch and see.
