We now apparently have a publication date - and a full title - for Two of the Deadliest. According to Amazon, Two of the Deadliest: New Tales of Lust, Greed, and Murder from Outstanding Women of Mystery will be released on April 14 of 2009. Apparently HarperCollins, the publisher, has also picked up audio rights.

No cover art as of yet, but it's still early for that sort of thing.
