Still Alive
Wow, I didn't mean to let this sit fallow for a month. But it's not entirely my fault. First, I had computer issues. The hard drive started acting up big time. We put in a new drive, replaced the (also) faulty CD-ROM drive, then installed Windows 8. It worked ... until it didn't. This was not a Microsoft problem, though: I managed to track it down to a really old version of a program that I like. So now I guess I get to upgrade. Vintage And Thrift Finds
It's time for me to recycle clothing for the new con season. I'm very big on vintage and thrift items. Here's the latest haul. I have to apologize for the pictures because it was windy and Honoria Glossop (my dress form) fell over after I brought her outdoors all dressed with the first outfit. Her boobs are now squished and rather high. Uh, oops. Oh, well. It'll work for you to see what I bought.

Vintage Hats And Shoes!
My cousin sent me some hats and shoes that belonged to her mother. This was so kind of her to do, and these are lovely pieces.

This Week's Thrift Store Haul
